"Today is a wet, windy miserable day in Huron Kinloss township. Last night, I discovered a leak in my roof near the chimney of my fireplace. Not knowing who to call and trust, I remembered that my brother had recently hired KTS Roofing to redo the roof of his house and was happy with the work. I called KTS before 8 am, and left a message and within 5 to 10 minutes, someone got back to me. This gentleman travelled from a job in Owen Sound to Point Clark before noon. Did I mention what a miserable day it was? He cheerfully climbed onto my roof and fixed what turned out to be a minor repair. He was very informative and friendly. I asked him twice how much I owed him for the service call. He refused to take any money! Who does that in this day and age? After some pressing, he said he'd really appreciate a review about his company. KTS gets a 5 star rating for me! Thank you so much KTS!"
